Copy needs work - A green factor assessment is a type of rating that is done at a project 'site' level, or more generally, a location with an address. It uses information and quantities of green infrastructure elements - like trees, shrubs, lawns and soil etc. - to determine a green factor rating. The tool is designed to capture only vegetation which is outside the building (however this includes courtyard areas for example which are open to sky).
